Im sure we can all relate to that feeling when your favourite song comes on and you just have to start singing along and dancing. Instantly your mood is lifted and you get a little burst of adrenaline, well, music has the same impact on your workout.
I am not a cardio bunny, send me to the weights section any day. So I needed to find a playlist of songs that would keep me running that I could sing along to in my head and fill me with that adrenaline I need to push myself.
I’m very much aware that my playlist is probably not going to be everyones cup of tea, probably most peoples actually! But I thought I’d share with you anyway, this is what my current cardio playlist looks like…
